Who you’re dealing with

Modulary Export Pro is made by VALMO SOFTWARE CONSULTING S.R.L. (“Modulary”, “we”), see the legal notice. It is sold by our reseller, which takes payment, issues your invoice and handles VAT as merchant of record. Its terms of sale cover the purchase itself; these terms cover what the licence gets you.

What you get

A licence key for Modulary Export Pro on 1, 3 or 10 sites, depending on the licence you buy. While the licence is active you get every update, through WordPress’s normal Update button, and support by email. Pro needs the free Modulary Export plugin, which stays free.

Yearly and lifetime

• Yearly licences include a year of updates and support and renew every year until you cancel. Cancel any time. If you stop renewing, every Pro feature keeps working on your sites, schedules and deliveries included. You just stop getting updates and support, and you can renew whenever you want them back.
• Lifetime licences are paid once and include updates and support for as long as we sell Modulary Export Pro. If we ever stop, we will tell you at least 90 days ahead and release a final version that keeps working.

Sites

A site is one WordPress install. To move a licence to another site, deactivate it on the old one first.

Not happy? Ask for your money back within 30 days of paying, for a new licence or a renewal. No questions, no hard feelings. Email hello@modulary.dev or ask the reseller. A refunded licence key is switched off; the free plugin keeps working exactly as before.

The code

Modulary Export Pro, like WordPress, is licensed under the GNU General Public License, version 2 or later. The licence key is for updates and support; it doesn’t take away any right the GPL gives you.

Your data

Pro sends your exports only where you tell it to, and checks its licence by sending the key, the Pro version and your site address. Everything else is in our privacy notice.

Limits

We test every release hard, but software is software: keep backups of your store. Modulary Export Pro is provided “as is”. As far as the law allows, our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the problem, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit. Nothing here limits liability that the law doesn’t let us limit, and if you buy as a consumer your statutory rights stay as they are.

Changes

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we email Pro customers at least 30 days before. Changes never take away a lifetime licence.

Law

These terms are governed by Romanian law. Disputes go to the courts competent for our registered office, unless you buy as a consumer and the law of your country gives you the right to go to your own courts.
